MR. AND MRS. A. J. MILLER DIE ONLY THREE DAYS APART

Funeral Services Here For Couple Who Had Lived Here for Years

Death within four days of each other came the past week for Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Miller of Clearwater. Both died at Wichita where they had been residing for the past four weeks.

Mrs. Miller died last Friday and services were conducted at the Clearwater Christian church Monday. Burial was in Clearwater cemetery.

Mr. Miller, who was in a coma at the time of her death, passed away Tuesday morning. Funeral services were held for him this afternoon at the Christian church, with burial beside Mrs. Miller.

Rev. Thomas Palmer was in charge of both services.

Mrs. Miller was born Mary Jane Bradley at Sedalia, Mo., on June 16, 1859. She was 81 years of age at the time of her death.

In 1877 she was married to Patrick Bunker and to them were born six children, three sons and three daughters, all of whom survive.

In 1904 she was married to A. J. Miller and they had made their home in this vicinity since. Mr. Miller was living here at the time of his marriage.

Mrs. Miller was united with the Christian church at an early age. Both were active workers in the church.

Mr. Miller was born at Somerset, Pa., and is survived by a brother, and it is thought a sister also lived at Des Moines. He was 81 years of age.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Miller and been in failing health for some time.
