An eight-week-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ham Hargrave, died at their home in this place on Sunday. The child was not taken sick until Sunday morning and died the same evening. This is the second child the bereaved parents have buried, and they feel their loss deeply. Sincere sympathy is extended them in their affliction. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Mr. Morton, pastor of the A. M. E. church. Interment in the Southern cemetery.
