Professional Football Player. He was an American football player who played for 5 years in the Canadian Football League (CFL). In those 5 years he was a running back for the Montreal Alouettes (1980-1981) and the Ottawa Rough Riders (1982 to 1984). While with the Ottawa Rough Riders he was a CFL All-Star in 1982 and 1983. He signed with Green Bay Packers in 1985, but was released during training camp. Prior to his professional career he attended Texas A&M University, where he also played football. In 1980 he was drafted by the Houston Oilers but was cut at training camp. He retired from professional football in August 1985. When he retired, he returned to Austin, Texas, where he was a coach and science teacher at Murchison Middle School and also a manager of Hoover's Cooking restaurant.
