She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Donald Lewis Caphton. Survivors include her nieces, Lois Caphton Cowart (Richard) and Sharon Caphton Fruits; and nephews, Warren David Caphton (Jeannie), Stephen Ross Caphton (Jeanie), and Stanley Lloyd Caphton (Pam).
