Our beloved precious old girl gave in and is playing with all our furry friends.
We got Lacie from the Humane Society when she was about 6 months old. I was not looking for a large dog but I went into her cage that also had her brother. He was all black and looked more lab, Lacie had more coloring of a look like a German shepherd. She started playing with my shoe laces and that was it. It was pure love.
She went everywhere with us and was very protective of our kids and grandbabies. She especially took a liking to our oldest grandson and you could not separate them. Where he went she wanted to go also.
