She was a secretary for Trustee Asa Riggs during the construction of Highland Township Elementary School. She was a member of Perrysville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are: a son, Norman Kenneth Adams and his wife, Loretta, Oklahoma City; three grandchildren, April Adams and Jeffrey (Terri) Adams, both of Norman, Okla., and Amy (Mark) Reiber, Tulsa, Okla.; and five greatgrandchildren, Sarah and Amanda Rook, Lauren and Kendall Adams, and Nathan Reiber. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Eva Boyle, Orpha Collins and Estal Fultz and by three brothers, Chauncey, Jess and Walter Pierson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m today (Friday) in Perrysville United Methodist Church with Rev. Edward Scherer-Berry officiating. Burial will be in Lower Mound Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Perrysville United Methodist Church." – Fountain County Neighbor, January 31, 1997
