She was born December 18, 1946 in Galveston, Texas. Fay was the daughter of the late Margie L. and Jack S. Evans of Galveston.
She attended Galveston public schools, graduated from Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis, TN in 1963, and then attended the University of Houston. In her professional life, she worked in real estate sales with her father and brother, was a paralegal, jewelry designer, and professional researcher with her own firm, AskMissSmartyPants. But Fay was so much more than that. If you were lucky enough to be one of the people on this earth who spent time talking with Fay, you are a person who has experienced receiving total unconditional love and total acceptance for just who you are. She understood that you are perfect just the way you are.
She is survived by the most fortunate husband in the world, her sister of Temple and a brother of Plano, Texas, and extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Christ Episcopal Church in Temple with The Rev. David Alwine officiating.
Online guestbook and obituary at www.scanioharperfuneralhome.com Scanio-Harper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
