A midfielder, he played club football for Berchem Sport (1914-1919) and Beerschot VAC between 1919 and 1933, winning 5 league titles (1922, 1924, 1925, 1926, 1928).

He played a total of 292 at the highest level, scoring 53 goals.

He also represented Belgium at the 1928 Summer Olympics and 1930 FIFA World Cup.

He played a total of 46 international games, scoring 4 goals.

Pierre's brother Raymond was also a Belgian international player.
