She was born October 27, 1917 in Abbeville, Alabama but lived as a military wife in many parts of the world. She moved to Orlando in 1956 from Honolulu, Hawaii.
Her lifelong devotion was to her family and home as a loving, nurturing mother, dedicated wife to her military/realtor husband and a friend to many.
She was a beautiful seamstress, an excellent cook and especially enjoyed her garden and flowers.
She truly was the epitome of a genuine "Southern Lady."
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 53 years, J.J. "Jeff" Jordan.
Survivors include daughters, Gayle Leininger and her husband, Vic of Gatlinburg, TN and Judy Frances Seidl of Orlando; grandsons, Mark Allen Leininger and Jeff Leininger of Jacksonville, Tre' Lundquist of Atlanta and Todd Lundquist of St. Cloud; great grandsons, Ryan, Cole, Cameron and Hunter Leininger of Jacksonville and Dylan Lundquist of St. Cloud; half brothers, Donald Buxton of Sun City, AZ and Lamar Buxton of Abbeville, AL; many nieces and nephews. from 2-4PM.
