"Funeral Rites Set For Woodburn Man
WOODBURN--Funeral services for Alfred Aplin,77, who died in a Salem hospital after five weeks of illness, are to be held at 9 a.m. today in St. Luke's Catholic church. Interment will be in the St. Paul cemetery.
Resident of Woodburn for 40 years, Alpin (sp.) was the son of the late George C. and Mary Aplin. He was one of 14 children and is survived by two brothers, Gilbert and Bart, both of Woodburn."
