Mrs. Sarah E. Griffith of Manson died Wednesday, June 30, at the age of 82. She was born September 9, 1871 in Venango Co., Pennsylvania, and moved to Phillipsburg, Kansas during her early life. She was married to W. N. Griffith there October 30, 1889 and they later moved to Waukomis, Oklahoma. In 1910, they moved to Wenatchee with their family where they lived until coming to Manson in 1915.
She was preceded in death by Mr. Griffith in 1952 and two children who died in infancy.
Services will be held Saturday.
