Marilyn Jean Horner, age 88, of Walbridge, OH, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022. She was born in Toledo, OH to Charles and Ada (Culp) Moorehead on November 18, 1933. Marilyn was an artist at heart and loved to paint. She was a member of several artistic organizations including, NW Ohio Watercolor Society, Toledo Artists, and Athena Art Society. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family.

Marilyn leaves behind her loving husband, Wilbur "Jack;" her children, Jack C. (Viki), Karen, Stephen (Sue), and Norman (Debbie); her 8 grandchildren; her 21 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jim. She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher; her parents, Charles and Ada; and her siblings, Marge, Jeanine, and Chuck.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, July 18, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 300 Warner Street in Walbridge, on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Marilyn will be laid to rest at Lake Township Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Wendy with Hospice of Northwest Ohio for her kind and compassionate care for Marilyn. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
