Polly Jane Collins, 81 of Isom, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center. Polly was the daughter of the late Bradley and Alta Caudill Fouts. She was the widow of Uriah Morton and her second husband Wesley Collins. Surviving is 7 sons: John Morton of Isom, Charles (Evelyn) Morton of Isom, Christopher (Amie) Morton of Pippa Passes, Oscar (Barb) Collins of Isom, Wesley (Teresa) Collins of Isom, Darrell (Judy) Collins of Isom and Lovell Collins of Whitesburg; 7 daughters: Tina (Kelly) Sexton of Mayking, Donna Collins of Lebanon, Virginia, Christine Costa of Ocala, Florida, Judy Collins of Louisville, Danzel Pugh of Millstone, Rose (David) Pugh of Ashland and Evelyn Smith of Raven; 1 brother: Franklin (Betty) Fouts of Eubanks, Ky. ; special friend: Ruth Brown along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Polly was preceded in death by 6 children: Brenda Morton, Kerns Collins, Doris Ritchie, Freddie Collins, Effie Mae Pugh and Russell Collins; 5 brothers: Clyde Fouts, Watson Fouts, John Fouts, Jim Fouts and Joe Fouts; 3 sisters: Carol Caudill, Mable Caudill and Phyllis Caudill; 1 grandchild: Travis Morton. Celebration of Life: 11:00 O'clock A.M. Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Benny Pugh officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Gene Collins Cemetery at Isom, Kentucky.
