Son of John Leathers and Sarah Elizabeth White.

Beechwood was the family farm 6 miles south of Covington on what is now the Dixie Highway, encompassing 993 acres, and overlooked Covington, Cincinnati, and the Ohio River.

Gravesite Details

Disinterred from Beechwood Farm Cemetery in 1873 and re-interred with brother at Highland Cemetery. Buried in same grave with brother Benjamin William Leathers. Grave is at this time not marked.
