Blessed Anthony Lashchevich
Anthony Lashchevich was born in 1890. At the age of 47 he entered the Marian Order. Before that for almost 25 years he had performed his priestly duties in the Far East and had never come to his native country. He knew about German wreakful expedition to Rositsa but denied to escape. When being taken by Germans he calmed his sisters: "Be strong and pray". Together with other people he was burnt down in a shed in Rositsa on February 17, 1943 on the eve of Father Jury Kashyra's martyrdom.
