Doris Caldwell Wilson, 90, of 5939 Reddman Road, Charlotte, died November 14, 1995, at Brian Center.
She was born July 5, 1905 in Charlotte, NC, a daughter of the late Thomas Edney Caldwell and Mary Grimes Caldwell. Mrs. Wilson was the wife of the late Irwin William Sparling Wilson. A graduate of Queens College, she was an accountant with the U.S. Government and Ed Mellon Company, until its closing. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. today from the Harry and Bryant Chapel in the Oaks. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Grimes Wilson Mills, of New Haven, CT; two sisters, Sidney Caldwell Fox, of Essex, CT and Georgiana Caldwell Snyder, of Englewood, FL; three grandchildren, Crawford Mill, III, Andrew Mills, and Amy Mills Cunningham; and one great grandson, James Andrew Cunningham.
