JAMES CAMPBELL

James (Rif Raf) Campbell, age 72, of Manitowoc, died
Thursday, May 20, 2010, at St. Francis Hospital in
Milwaukee.
Jim was born on Feb. 20, 1938, son of the late
Gordon and Audrey (Schamberger) Campbell, in
Munising, Mich. He graduated from William G.
Mather High School in Munising. Jim served in the
U.S. Army until his discharge in 1963. He married
the former Judy McClellan on April 26, 1980, in
Manitowoc. Jim was employed for 28 years as a
journeyman assembler at Manitowoc Engineering
until his retirement in 2000. He was currently a bus
driver for Brandt Buses. Jim was a member of the
Eagles Aerie No. 706. He enjoyed playing Wii with
his grandchildren and also fishing with his
grandson, Sean.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years: Judy
Campbell, Manitowoc; two daughters and one son-
in-law: Jamie Campbell, Manitowoc, and Julie (Brian)
Adams, Warrensburg, Mo.; grandchildren: Sean,
Chris, Damien, Payton, Nicholas, Tamara and D
ouglas; two great-grandchildren; brothers and
sisters: Gordon (Helen) Campbell, Milwaukee,
Candice (Robert) Hertzler, Morgantown, Pa., Joan
Gundick, Manitowoc, Lynn (James) Gariepy,
Munising, Mich.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-
law: Adolph (Pat) Ziarnik, Green Bay, Richard
McClellan, Milwaukee, Robert (Sonia) McClellan,
Green Bay, Ronald Latvala, Munising, Mich., Theresa
Campbell, Iron Mountain, Mich. Nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Gordon
and Audrey Campbell; father-in-law and mother-in-
law: Jake and Beatrice McClellan; one sister: Judy
Latvala; four brothers: David Campbell, Tim
Campbell, Donald Campbell and Mark Campbell.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m.
Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at Knollwood Chapel
Mausoleum, 1500 Wisconsin 310, Manitowoc.
Deacon Al Boeldt will officiate with entombment of J
im's cremated remains to follow at the mausoleum.
Relatives and friends may call at the Knollwood
Chapel Mausoleum from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.
The Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory is
assisting the Campbell family.
