Brunhilde was born on February 8, 1931 in Germany to Wilhelm and Albertina Schmitt. Brunhilde was raised, educated and lived in Germany until she met the love of her life Bernard while he was stationed in Simbach Germany . In 1959 they married and had four children. After being stationed all over the world they finally settled at Vandenberg Air Force Base and bough their forever home in Santa Maria in 1973. After retiring from the air force they opened up an antique shop in Los Alamos she worked there for 31 years, then retired to be a homemaker and spent quality time with her grandchildren. Holidays were her favorite time to gather with her family. She enjoyed decorating the house for any occasion. Grandchildren and great grandchildren always had the most memorable holidays in the Krall house. She always took the opportunity to have a family party. You could always find her playing bingo with all her good friends.
Brunhilde is survived by her husband Bernard Krall, her son Robert and his wife Rosalind, her son Peter and his wife Jennifer, her daughter Patty and her husband Jerry, and her daughter Mary. 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Brunhilde was preceded in death by her mother and father Wilhelm and Albertina Schmitt.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 15, 2022 in the Chapel of Magner-Maloney Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Santa Maria cemetery.
