MRS. H. M. LOGGINS CLAIMED BY DEATH
Funeral Services Were Held Monday At Yorkville
Mrs. Tera Eola Loggins, widow of the late H. M. Loggins, passed away at her home near Yorkville last Sunday morning at 6:30 o'clock, following an illness of about six weeks.
Mrs. Loggins was born in Humphreys County, Tennessee, sixty-five years ago, and came to this county to reside about twenty-eight years ago. In 1905, she with her family moved near Yorkville where she resided until her death. Early in life she professed faith in Christ and joined the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. [note: Her Great Grand Uncle was Samuel McAdow, one of the founders of the Cumberland Presbyterian denomination.]
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. C. L Hall, of Union City, Mrs. H. D. Little, of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Luther Farrar, Mrs. Hugh Edmiston and Mrs. Mitchell Logan, of Yorkville; three sons, T. H. Loggins, of Brooklyn, N.Y., Pierce Loggins, of Greenfield, and Reuben Loggins, of Yorkville, and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services were held at the C.P. Church [Cumberland Presbyterian] at Yorkville Monday afternoon at 2'o'clock, conducted by Rev. Willie Zarecor, of Lebanon, Tenn. Interment was made in the Yorkville cemetery.

Our hears were made sad Sunday morning when death came and took away our dear mother, friend and neighbor to her heavenly home. She suffered for several weeks. Mrs. Loggins was a good Christian woman and will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her going three sons, five daughters: Hugh Loggins, Reuben and Pierce Loggins, Mrs. Addie Bowen Little, Sammie Farrar, Pauline Logan, Pearl Hall and Tucker Edminston, also twenty-five grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives. Funeral services were held at Yorkville C.P. Church Monday afternoon by Bro. Will Zarecor, and her remains were laid to rest in the nearby cemetery with many beautiful flowers by those who loved her.
