Paul Cooper, Jr., 87 of Lewisburg, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at his home in Lewisburg. Born July 20, 1935 at Helen, WV, he is a son of the late Paul Cooper, Sr. and the late Pansy Gertrude White Cooper.
Paul was a retired IRS Agent, was a member of Ronceverte Christian Church where he served as both an Elder and Chairman of the Board; loved playing the guitar, fishing, gardening and woodworking. He was a US Army Veteran and was a graduate of Concord College.
He is survived by his wife, and would have celebrated 60 years of marriage on November 24, 2022, two sons, and four grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Betty and a brother, Edwin Dale Cooper.
