Passed peacefully away at Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on March 9, 2001. He was in his 63rd year.

Leaving to mourn brother Ted; sisters Mavis (Ronald) and Melva (Omar); uncles Lewis (Jessie), Ross (Pansy), Ray (Josie); aunt Ruby; close friends Caleb and Loretta, Bradley (Wendy), Belinda (Lawrence), Billy (Rhonda); and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service took place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 11 at All Saints Anglican Church in Griquet with interment at the church cemetery.
