In the 1880 Census she is living in Amite County, Mississippi with her parents, William Gordan Longmire and Mary Amanda Dye. Along with siblings: Aratema, Alberta, Leona, Robert, Mittie, Lillie (Cammack), and Daisy. Her father is a Farmer and is sick with Liver issues.

In the 1900 Census she is living in Amite County, Mississippi with her husband Robert Leard and their two children son Atmar, and daughter Alline. Robert is a Farmer, they own their land, Free and Clear. She has had 2 children, with 2 living. Daisy Longmire, her sister also lives with them.

By the 1910 Census she is still living in Amite County. Her husband has passed, she is now running the Farm with her children: Atmar, Alline, Juanita, and Agnes. Along with her mother Amanda Longmire. She has gotten a Mortgaged on the farm to make ends meet. She will remarry before the end of the year.

In the 1920 Census she is still living in Amite County with her second husband James S Wilkinson. He is 20 years her senior. Along with Juanita and Agnes from her first marriage, she has a new daughter Willie Wilkinson. They are still Farming and now own this farm free and clear.

On the 1930 census she is still in Amite with James, along with a daughter Willie. He still has his General Farm. By the 1940 Census she is Widowed again, now living in Monroe, LA with her daughter Alline and her family. Her son n law is a Road Master for the Steam Railway.
