SHARON CAPATINA, 69, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at her home. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a home-maker. She was a member of Calvary-Third Presbyterian Church, and V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors include husband, Jack T. Capatina of Fort Wayne; son, David (Janice) Capatina of Fort Wayne; daughters, Laura (Jeff) Snapp of Fort Wayne, Lisa (Robert) Lavergne of South Whitley Patsy (Tony) Zartman of Fort Wayne, and Pam (Tom) Hagin of Ashville, Ala.; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Midge Crist of Fort Wayne. Service is 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave. The Rev. T. Alan Thames officiating. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery. Memorials to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home.
