Nancy Jane Cini, 90, of Fort Gratiot, died Thursday, December 22, 2022.

She was born May 18, 1932 in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, to the late Robert and Anna Everly, the youngest of 12 children. She married George Cini on June 24, 1950 in Holy Trinity Church, Corktown, Detroit.

Nancy graduated from Western High School in Detroit. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her sisters, especially their trips to Bermuda.

She is survived by her husband of 72 years, George; son, George E. Cini; daughter, Anna Lisa (Mike) Aubert; four grandchildren, Eric Cini, Shawn Deyell, Jacqueline (Kevin) Martin and Amy Aubert; four great grandchildren, Skylar, Donavan, Kadence and Jordan; two sisters, Dorothea "Dee" Peron and Alda Ernst; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandson, David Deyell; and nine siblings.

Services will be announced in the spring.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Water Area Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
