MECHANICSBURG.

Mechanicsburg, Sept. 25. - After a brief illness with paralysis, Mrs. Lizzie Singiser, aged 47 years, wife of Edward Singiser, died on Saturday at her home, High and Coover streets. She had been out driving with a friend when she was stricken with paralysis and became unconscious. She was taken to her home, where she died two days later, never having recovered consciousness. Deceased is survived by a husband and three children. The funeral was held this afternoon from her late home, where services were conducted by Rev. J. K. Stonesifer, pastor of the Church of God. Interment was made in Chestnut Hill cemetery (sic).

After an illness of less than three days, Mrs. Edward Singiser died at her home in Mechanicsburg, about 6 o'clock last Saturday morning from the effects of a stroke of paralysis. The deceased was aged 48 years and is survived by a husband and three children.

Wednesday, in company with a lady friend, the deceased drove to the vicinity of Dillsburg for the purpose of looking at a small property which she contemplated buying, and it was while on her return trip home that she was taken ill in the buggy and it was with considerable trouble that she was brought to her home, where she soon afterwards sank into unconsciousness, from which condition she never recovered. She was a lady held in high esteem by all who knew her and her death is greatly regretted by a circle of friends. She was a member of the Church of God of Mechanicsburg.

The funeral was held Monday afternoon at two o'clock, conducted by Rey. J. R. Stonesifer, of the Church of God. Interment in Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
