Raz Bratton died Friday at the age of 72 in his Hanford home.
A native of Leslie, Ark., he had been a local resident more than 20 years and had been employed as a maintenance man for the Kings County Library for 20 years.
He was a member of the Senior Citizens Club and a volunteer R.S.V.P.
Survivors include his wife, Zelma Bratton of Hanford; a son, James Bratton of Atascadero; three stepsons, David Brothers of Alameda, Leonard Brothers of Los Gatos and Lester Brothers of Denton, Texas; two daughters, Betty Upton of Morgan Hill and Fay Proulx of San Jose; two brothers, Lee Bratton of Porterville and Troy Watts of Washington; three sisters, Myrtle Taylor of Fresno, Sylvia Branum of Leslie, Ark. and Bessie Massey of Alabama; eight grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
Services will be at People's Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Hanford Cemetery.
People's Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
