MRS ABERNATHY
ROCKMART-Mrs Dorothy Abernathy, 81, of Rome Highway, died Monday after a long illness.
Mrs Abernathy was a member of Rockmart First Presbyterian Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ed Abernathy.
Survivors include; two sons, John W Abernathy, Longview, Texas and Robert Abernathy, Rockmart; a daughter, Andrea Turner, Rockmart; six grandchildren' six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm Wednesday at Freeman Harris Funeral Home with the Rev Homer Kimmons officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA)
