Bertha Fuson Croley, age 83, of A.J. Croley Road, Pineville, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the Knox County Hospital in Barbourville, Kentucky. She was born on June 10, 1931 in Bell County, Kentucky to the late Sam Fuson and Jane (Rhodes) Fuson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, A.J. Croley.
She is survived by her daughter, Becky West and her husband James of Pineville, Kentucky; one step-daughter, Patricia Warren of Pineville, Kentucky; one step-son, Bob Croley and his wife Linda of Somerset, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Haeleigh West and Sunshine Blackburn and her husband Coltin; mamaw to many others including, John Saunders and his wife Jamie of Pineville, Kentucky, Brandon Saunders of Barbourville, Kentucky and David Wayne Sexton of Pineville, Kentucky; two great-grandchildren, Hayden Saunders and Paetin Blackburn; special nieces, Maryetta Dozier and Kodi Jordan; special friends, Wilma Daniels and Jerri Greene; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the Centennial Baptist Church in Ingram, Kentucky.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 8, 2014 at the Centennial Baptist Church with Rev. Rev. Thomas Heck and Rev. Mike Brooks officiating. She will be laid to rest in the A.J. Croley Family Cemetery in Pineville, Kentucky.
