Andy Kostra Sr.

Andy Kostra Sr., 437 Perkins st. died Sunday in Akron General Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Czechoslovakia and came to the United States and to Akron in 1919.

He was a Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. policeman and retired in 1942.

He leaves two sons, John and Andy Jr.; a daughter, Mrs. Amelia Krbec; and 11 grandchildren.

Services will be at the Kucko Funeral Home Tuesday at 1 p.m. Burial will be in East Akron Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 4 and 7 to 10 today.
