She was born in Grand Rapids Township on September 29, 1887, a daughter of George and Caroline (Kuhn) Nagle. She married Herman Bedeker on February 14, 1908. They would have celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary shortly.
She was a resident of the Ransom area for 68 years and a member of Ransom St. Patrick's Church. For the past 14 years, she had lived in the Newark area and was a member of St. Patrick's Church in Seneca.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters: Luella (James) Burke of Leland and Anna Mae (Harry) Sweet of Peoria; three sons: Donald of Streator, Elmer of rural Streator and William of Newark; two sisters: Ann Horner of Alhambra, California and Eleanor (Charles) McCarthy of Yucaipa, California; two brothers: William Nagle of Streator and Joseph Nagle of Ransom. There are 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren surviving.
Preceding her in death were two sons: Lloyd and Henry; two brothers; and two sisters.
