Patrick left Dominica at an early age and spent most of his life in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
If you asked a hundred people who Patrick Abraham was, they would all give you a different story. He was a great swimmer, successful farmer and great fisherman. However, one thing that we do know is Patrick was a hard working man.
A private person, who was proud to be a Dominican, he made many friends near and far. He loved his family and always put them first in love, advice and assistance. He was a patient and humble man with a resilient spirit. To his many friends, he was generous, loving, calm and positive.
His favorite saying was "God Is Love" and his favorite prayer was "The Lord's Prayer"
He is survived by his wife, Augustina Abraham; children, Derick Abraham, Vincent Abraham, Yvonne Abraham-Felicien, Jessica Stinson, Paulroy Abraham, Nathalie George, Jona George and Gregory Abraham; grandchildren, Shernica Polydore, Junior Abraham, Greg Felicien Jr, Niamka Abraham, Joshua Felicien, Jasmine Johnson-Stinson, Jada Johnson-Stinson, Jodi Johnson-Stinson, Nyana, Nadelle, Odette, Nioka, Claudius, Naddian, Damier, Royson, Matthew and Cornelle; siblings, Ruthine Theodile and Justine Dariah; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Abraham; his father, Roll Abraham; his mother, Zelmie Abraham; brothers, Phillip Abraham, Oliver Abraham, Ciford Abraham and Mark Abraham; and by his sisters, Josephine Prescott and Arias Abraham.
