Politician and journalist. Adamski served in parliament as a member of the Sejm of the People's Republic of Poland of the seventh and eighth terms from 1976 to 1983. In 1982, he was named deputy minister of culture and art, serving until 1983. A member of the United People's Party from 1957 until his death, Adamski edited several publications, including Wieś Współczesna, Dziennik Ludowy, and Zielony Sztandar. Among his honors were the Commander's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, and the Golden Cross of Merit.
