Politician. Tadeusz Bejm served as a member of parliament in the sixth term of the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic from 1972 to 1976. He later served as the minister of administration, local economy and environmental protection from 1975 to 1976, the minister of communications from 1976 to 1977, the vice-president of the Supreme Audit Office from 1977 to 1985, and was the country's minister without portfolio from 1977 to 1980. A longtime member of the Polish United Workers' Party, Bejm worked as an informer for the Stalinist Main Directorate of Information and the Security Office in the early 1950s.
