Thomas Katashuk, 613 York Ave, Duryea, suffered a heart attack yesterday morning at home and died a short time later en route to Taylor Hospital in the Old Forge Fire Department ambulance.
Mr. Katashuk was born in Poland and lived in this country 45 years. He had been employed as a farm hand most of his life.
Surviving are two brothers, Wasil, Duryea, and Jacob, Passaic, NJ.
The funeral will be tomorrow morning at 9:30 from the home of his brother, Wasil, with whom he resided. Interment will be in Marcy Cemetery, Duryea.
