Daughter of Thomas Bernard and Ora Louise (Wolf) Mullally. Sister of playwright Don Hiram Mullally and Annetta, Lillian, Dorothy "Dot" and Edna.

Vaudeville actress with her mother and sisters Annette and Lillian, usually using the name Pinkie Mullally until mid-1911. In 1912, she switched to deeper and comedic roles as "Mildred Page".

In July 1912, she married fellow actor Bernard Alden Loucks who was going by the name Bernard Aldenn professionally and even in his everyday life. At least one newspaper article refers to her as Mildred Page, wife of Byron Aldenn. She filed for divorce from him in 1924 in King County, Washington.

For many years, she ran the Mildred Page Players in Vancouver, British Columbia. Their last performance was in September 1929. In December 1929, she married William Robert Kent of Georgia. They appear together in the 1930 census of Portland, Oregon - with Ora claiming to be born in 1901. By 1940, they were divorced.

In the mid 1930s, Mildred appeared in a number of productions in the Seattle area. She seems to have continued to live in the Seattle area until her death in 1961.
