She was a member of the Mt. Vernon Free Will Baptist Church and retired after 30 years from Levi Strauss in Morrilton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fay Parker Wiley; a son, Billy Lee Wiley; two brothers, Grady Hayes and James "Peck" Hayes; and two sisters, Eda Clements and Mary Ann Hayes.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Barbara Ann Wiley of Russellville; a sister-in-law, Louise Hayes of Morrilton; three grandchildren, Bryan Lee Wiley, Linda Wiley, and Craig Andrew Wiley all of Russellville; five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Cedar Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Burris officiating under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends Wednesday morning from 10:00-11:00 a.m., at the funeral home.
