Mrs. Martha Thompson, 85, wife of Isaac W Thompson, died this morning at 12:50 at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ray E Ogburn, Hyattsville, Md. Death followed an illness of several years.
She was born in Walton, Ontario, Canada, a daughter of the late Francis R and Isabelle Mosey Entricken. Mrs. Thompson resided in Adams county about 25 years and was a member of the Marsh Creek Church of the Brethren.
Surviving are her husband; six children, Mrs. Thomas Tatum and St. clair Ghompson, both of Greenwood, Del., Mrs. Curtis Farrow, Westover, Md., Mrs. A.T. Rumander, Richland, Wash.; Carl V., Gettysburg R2, and Mrs. Ogburn; 24 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services Saturday at 2:00 from the Allison funeral home, Fairfield, conducted by the Revs. Walter Keeney and Rober Knechel, Marsh Creek.
