Grady L. Harrison, 90, passed away on April 12, 2023, in Goodyear, Arizona, surrounded by her family.
Grady was born on April 9, 1933, in Clarkrange, Tennessee, to the late Wolford and Nancy (King) Allred. She graduated from Clarkrange High School in 1953. After moving to Anderson, she began working at General Motors and retired after 35 years, in 1995.
Grady found her spiritual home at Meadowbrook Baptist Church and was a faithful member for many years. She also enjoyed line dancing at the Elks Lodge.
Grady will be dearly missed by her daughter, Ginger (Chris) Rambis; son-in-law, James Sidwell; grandchildren, Amanda Landaker, Lindsey Sidwell, Ashley (Trey) Watt, Ericka Etherington, Christopher Manawat, Nicole (Eric) Stevens, Erin Rambis, and Jordan (Brian) Doll; great-grandchildren, Alexa (Slade) Webb, Logane Landaker, Ryland Landaker, Harlin Sidwell, Emerson Etherington, Eden Watt, Fisher Stevens, Ridge Stevens, Rowdy Stevens, Rosalie McManus, Juliana McManus, and Theo Doll; great-great-grandchildren, Eisley Webb, Violet Webb, and London Landaker; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Robin Sidwell; great-granddaughter, Jamasen Landaker; three sisters; and five brothers.
The visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2023, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson. The funeral ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
