Funeral services for Mr. John David Allred, 74, were conducted at 10 a m Wednesday, October 4, 2000, from the chapel of Madison Funeral Home of Madison with Dr. Frank Bruce and Dr. Larry McCauley officiating. Burial was in Bolestown Cemetery with Madison Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Allred died Sunday, October 1, 2000. He was preceded in death by a son, Timothy A Allred; three brothers, Oscar Allred, Ophelas Allred and Delmer Allred; tow sisters, Alpha Dosseos and Ollie Allred.
Survivors include his wife, Ava Rich Allred, two sons, Thomas J Allred and Steven L Allred; a brother, Clinton Allred; two sisters, Vechel Poletis and Grady Harrison; three grandchildren.
Pallbearers were friends of the family. Serving as honorary pallbearers were retirees of Pirelli-Armstrong Tires and employees of T and B Sales.
