He was preceded in death by his parents, Colie "Bud" & Mary Harmon Amick; brother, Lonnie E. Amick; sisters, Lorene Schumpert, Virginia Amick, & Leola Gunter.

Interment in the Church graveyard followed funeral services conducted Wednesday, November 8, 2006.
