Pink Charles and his wife, Georgie Giltner [McBride] Patterson were married in 1906. It was the first marriage for both of them. See, Multnomah County Marriages, Volume 19, Page 38. NOTE: Genealogical Forum of Oregon has the original bound, Multnomah County Marriage Register.

In the 1910 and 1920 U.S. Federal Census Report, Pink and his wife were living in Spokane, Washington, where Pink managed a paint store.

On 16 Nov 1928, Georgie G. and Pink C. sailed from San Francisco, California for Honolulu, Hawaii aboard the S.S. President Monroe and arrived there on 23 Nov 1928. The passenger list confirms both of their birth dates and places. At that time they were living at 160 Front Street, Portland, Oregon.

The next year, in 1929, they sailed aboard the S.S. President Van Buren from Marseilles, Frances on 12 June 1929 to arrive in the Port of New York City on 25 June 1929.
