FOX.--The Rev. Hubbard Fox, a highly esteemed member of the Wyoming Conference, died at his home in Norwich, New York, Saturday, November 19, aged 75 years. He entered the ministry in 1855. Among the charges he acceptably served were: Preble, Fabius, Fayetteville, New Woodstock, Schenevus, Whitney's Point, Marathon, Sherburne and Smyrna. Since 1878, when he was granted a supernumerary relation, he made his home in Norwich, New York. His relation to the church here was a model of what the conduct of a retired clergyman should be in the congregation with which he is connected. He was "ready for every good word and work". His last hours were those of a true servant of God and minister of the Gospel, sweetly, patiently and prayerfully waiting for the final summons of his Redeemer.
