Florence M. Juricich, 80, lifelong resident of Hibbing died Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at the University Medical Center-Mesabi in Hibbing. She was born on April 26, 1929 to Joseph and Josephine (Chupek) Zezel in Hibbing, Minn.
She was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church of Hibbing. Florence enjoyed cross-stitching, playing cards, and scrabble, and most of all, spending time with her family
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Robert Zezel; and sisters: Julee Novak, Nellie Zezel, and Diane Zezel.
Florencee is survived by her husband of 55 years, James "Jim" Juricich; son, Michael (LaVell) Juricich; daughters: Gayle (William) Shields, and Karyn Juricich; brother, Kenneth (Sharon) Zezel; sisters: Eva Bolin, Vera (Albert) Kne, Delores (LeRoy) Barrett, and Jeanette Walsh; granddaughters: Kerry and Molly Shields, a great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
