Jim was born on February 24, 1937, to Firmin and Florence (McPhillips) Alexander in St Paul.
Jim attended St Paul High Schools and after graduation he served his country in the US Army. Jim retired from Unisys Corp. after 30+ years.
Jim is survived by his loving children, Greg (Gina), Theresa (Jim) White, David (Marissa), James (Jeyana), and Julie Alexander; seven grandchildren; sister, Katie VanNess; sister-in-law, Jan Alexander, also by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary; son, Jeffery; parents; siblings, Firmin Jr., Mary Byers, Sally Bratulich, Tommy Alexander, and Jean (William) Klein.
