Blanche of France (1328-1393), buried in the royal necropolis of the basilica of Saint-Denis , while her heart is deposited in the cathedral Sainte-Croix d'Orléans and her entrails in the abbey of Pont- to the ladies. This tomb was built in black marble surrounded by an iron gate, surmounted by its white marble bust, on each side of which was a child's bust also in white marble. On her tomb one could read : Here lie the entrails of a lady of noble memory, Madame Blanche, formerly daughter of King Charles, King of France and Navarre, and of the Queen, Jehanne d'Evreux, his wife. Which daughter was the wife of Monsignor the Duke of Orliens, Count of Valois and Beaumont, formerly son of King Philippe of Valois and Queen Jehanne of Burgundy, who passed away in the year MCCCXCVII in the month of February "
