Kay Anderson Welch passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Welch was born on November 10, 1941, a daughter of the late Jesse Lawrence James and Maurice Steele James. Mrs. Welch was a member of New Zion Baptist Church. Kay enjoyed her Bible Study, helping any and everybody, doing her yard work, talking with anybody she passed, known or unknown. She was a very loving and caring person.
Mrs. Welch was preceded in death by her husbands, Jimmy Anderson and Randolph Welch; brother, Jesse S. James.
