Bobby retired as minister of the First Baptist Church in Mt. Orab, a retired school administrator of Mt. Orab Elementary, member of Gideons International, Mt. Orab Lions Club, Ohio Education Association, School Administer Association and was a Korean War Air National Guard.

Mr. Hatcher was born in Streeter, W. Va. The son of Mildred Pack Hatcher of Nimitz, W.Va. and the late Dolphus Shelburn Hatcher.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Connie Shelley Hatcher of Mt. Orab; one daughter and son-in-law, Shelley and Robert Jones of Mt. Orab; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Michelle Hatcher of Cincinnati; one brother, Jackie R. Hatcher of Crystal River, Fla.; one sister, Mary Tinsley of Athens, W.Va.; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
