Mildred V. Pack Hatcher, 96, of Nimitz went home to be with the Lord Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Princeton Community Hospital following a long illness.

Born June 26, 1918 at Streeter she was a daughter of Samuel John Tilden and Margaret Elizabeth Dunbar Pack.
Mildred was a member of the Nimitz Missionary Baptist Church and Jumping Branch - Nimitz Senior Citizens. She was a homemaker and the last surviving member of her immediate family. Mildred lived most of her life in Summers County and enjoyed reading her bible, gardening, flowers and spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dolphus S. "Doc" Hatcher; one son, Bob Hatcher; three brothers and five sisters.

Those left to cherish her memory include one son
and wife of Crystal River, FL; one daughter and husband of Athens, WV; one daughter in law of Mt. Orab, OH; ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Nimitz Missionary Baptist Church with Pastors Don Hannah and Dallas Peyton officiating.

Burial will follow in the Lilly-Crews Cemetery at Nimitz. Friends may call from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral parlors. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
