He was born in Carlisle, son of the late John and Elmyra Henry Derr.
Surviving are four children James Darr, East Prospect, Cora Cassell of Manchester and Martha Cramer of Spring Grove and Ronald Derr of York. 12 grandchildren and a sister, Mildred Naylor of Carlisle
Ray Myers of Jehovahs witness will officate at the funeral thursday at 1pm at the Little Funeral Home in Manchester.
Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens
