Mrs. Goldie Mae Koser, 138 South Pitt Street, died last evening at Carlisle Hospital. She was 62 years old.
Mrs. Koser was born Nov 12, 1904 in Cumberland County, a daughter of the late John and Elmira Henry Derr. Her husband was the late Albert Bruce Koser who died on January 1, 1963. She was employed at the Carlisle Shoe Company for nearly 30 years, and was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church.
She is survivied by two brothers, William A. Derr, York, Pa and Mervin F. Derr, Carlisle and a sister, Mrs. Bruce Nailor Sr., RD5.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the G. Book Roth Funeral Home, Walnut Bottom Road at Belvedere Street. The Rev. John G. Hilton, rector of St. John’s Episcopal will officiate. Burial will be in Newville Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
